Yoga With Yukari

Neuro-Informed Flow: Yoga for Brain and Body

This class blends familiar yoga with brain-based warm-ups to create clearer, more coordinated movement. We’ll start with simple, science-informed drills—cross-body patterns, gentle eye and head movements, and breathwork—to prime your nervous system. From there, we move into a steady, accessible flow that strengthens, mobilizes, and restores. The brain is still a mystery in many ways, but I’ve seen how powerfully it shapes the body when we give it the chance. If you’re open to trying a slightly different approach to movement, I’d love for you to join us. Expect an inclusive atmosphere, options for all bodies, and a grounded finish with downshifting breath and rest.
