Wall Pilates Strong

This class focuses on building core strength, stability and flexibility by using a wall for strength and resistance.  Using a wall encourages you to focus on proper form and alignment while being gentle on joints.  This class uses props such as a ball, band , dowel and light weights for an upper body toning segment.  This class can enjoyed and modified for all fitness levels!
