Step and Sculpt

This class combines the fun of step aerobics  (basic moves) with strength training to provide a full body workout.  This class will include cardio, weights and  various props for muscular strength and endurance. We will focus on incorporating a variety of exercises that target different areas of the core making us all around stronger.  We will challenge our muscles from head to toe!!
