Slow Flow with Neil

Move with intention in this gentle, breath-led class that blends the mindful alignment of Hatha with the seamless sequencing of Vinyasa. Expect fewer rapid transitions than a typical vinyasa class and more fluidity than classic hatha—a slower, steady pace that gives you time to explore each posture, refine alignment, and truly feel your practice.

Guided breathwork and short meditations are woven throughout to cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and a deep sense of calm. It’s the perfect choice if you love the feeling of flow without the intensity of a power workout.

Neil offers clear cues, options, and modifications so every body can participate comfortably. Come to unwind, reset, and leave grounded and refreshed. All levels welcome.
