Saturday Morning Yin Meditation

This mindful and calming practice allows you to explore the transformative power of Yin Yoga.  We will begin with centering breathwork before easing into deep stretches that will bring life to your body's joints and fascia.  The guided meditation will help to release any emotional blockages and further strengthen the connection between mind and body.  This class is suitable for all levels of experience.
