This class combines mobility, flexibility, and core strength to create a balanced and empowering practice.

Thoughtful sequencing guides you through movements that free the joints, lengthen the muscles, and build deep stability through the core.  With mindful transitions and breath centered focus, you will develop strength and ease that support both athletic performance and everyday life.  Suitable for all levels, this practice leaves you feeling centered, open, and strong.
