Mellow Flow

Mellow Flow is a gentle vinyasa flow class that moves at a slower, more intentional pace while still offering a complete, full-body workout. This class links breath with movement through thoughtfully sequenced poses, allowing you time to explore each shape, build strength, and move with control and awareness.

Although the pace is unhurried, Mellow Flow is deeply effective.
