Heels Confidence

Turn up the music, slip into your favorite heels (or not!), and unleash your inner powerhouse. This confidence-boosting class blends technique with performance so you feel strong, sexy, and in control.

What to expect:
- A juicy warm-up to fire up core, glutes, and ankles, plus posture and balance drills for safe, supported movement in heels.
- Technique training: struts, weight transfers, pivots, body rolls, textures, and lines—plus optional floorwork—with clear progressions for all levels.
- Choreography each week to pop/R&B/hip-hop that spotlights musicality, attitude, and stage presence. Think camera-ready moments and feel-good energy.

Heels are optional—sneakers are welcome. If you do wear heels, choose a comfortable, sturdy pair (2–3 inches, non-platform, with ankle support and a rubber sole). Knee pads recommended for floorwork.

You’ll leave standing taller, moving smoother, and glowing with confidence. No prior heels experience needed; modifications and challenges provided so beginners feel safe and seasoned dancers stay inspired. All levels welcome.
